Buddha Group
Professional flight case and equipment identification labels for a premium event hire and production company — durable graphics for high-end equipment in demanding event environments.

The Customer
Buddha Group is a premium event production and hire company operating across corporate events, brand activations and high-profile entertainment. Their equipment inventory — spanning AV, lighting, staging and technical infrastructure — is deployed at events where presentation quality directly reflects on the brand.
The Challenge
At the level of events Buddha Group operates, professional-quality labelling is not optional — mismatched, faded or peeling labels on flight cases and equipment create a poor first impression during client-visible load-in and setup. At the same time, operational labels must be functional: clear asset numbers, weight and contents information, and case reference numbers for logistics management.
The company needed a single label supplier who could produce both the branded, professionally-finished labels for client-visible surfaces and the operational identification labels for logistics and asset management, all to the same construction standard.
The Solution
Adcal Labels supplied reverse-printed 450 mic gloss PVC flight case labels carrying Buddha Group's full branding on case lids and side panels, alongside a matching set of operational labels carrying case numbers, weight information and contents descriptions.
The reverse-print PVC construction means the printed surface is permanently protected inside the clear PVC outer layer — the labels maintain their appearance through the full commercial lifetime of the flight cases, even under the repeated physical contact of touring and storage.
Labels Supplied
