We print on industrial screen presses and high-resolution digital flatbed and roll-to-roll machines, achieving colour accuracy and print density that budget digital label printers cannot match. Spot colours are pantone-referenced and batch-controlled, so colour 185 C on your label looks the same whether you order 100 or 100,000.
Die-cutting is done in-house on our rotary and flatbed knife-cutting machinery. Any shape — round, square, oval, wave-edge, contour cut to your logo shape — is produced accurately and consistently without the tooling lead time delays that plague smaller label operations. Butt-cut and gap-cut rolls, fan-fold packs or individual sheets — we pack to suit your applicator or hand-application workflow.
