Custom Gaskets & Spacers
Laser-cut gaskets, spacers and custom-profile parts in foam, rubber, polyester and polycarbonate — produced from your DXF, PDF or dimension drawing. No tooling costs. Any quantity from one upwards.
Our laser-cutting capability is the same machinery we use for precision die-cutting of polycarbonate overlays and polyester labels — tight tolerances, clean edges, consistent quality from unit 1 to unit 10,000.
Precision Cutting, No Tooling Cost
Traditional die-cutting requires a steel rule die — typically £80–£250 per shape, with a 2–3 week lead time for tooling manufacture. Laser cutting eliminates that entirely. Send us a DXF file, a dimensioned PDF or a dimension drawing, and we cut your gasket or spacer directly from the file. Tooling cost is zero. Lead time is typically 2–5 working days.
This makes us the natural choice for prototype quantities (1–50 off), replacement parts for obsolete tooling, and low-to-medium volume production where die tooling cost would be disproportionate to the order value.
