Built for a Hot Beverage Environment
Airpot and flask labels face a specific set of conditions that destroy standard paper labels very quickly: steam condensation from the pour valve, heat from the contents, regular wiping with damp cloths and occasional dishwasher cycles. Labels fall off, edges lift, print transfers to staff hands.
Adcal Labels produces airpot wraps on waterproof BOPP (polypropylene) with a gloss or matt laminate top coat. The laminate provides a washable surface and protects the print from steam and moisture. Adhesive is selected for stainless steel and plastic airpot bodies — the most common substrate combination.
