Rigging labels must be legible, durable and permanently bonded. We manufacture on polyester, polycarbonate and metallic substrates rated for the physical punishment of touring rigs — abrasion, UV, moisture and the repeated impact loading of live events.

Rigging labels serve a safety function as well as an identification function. An illegible SWL label on an overhead motor or shackle is a hazard. Adcal Labels manufactures rigging identification on industrial-grade polyester and metallic substrates that remain legible throughout the full inspection lifecycle of the equipment — typically three to five years between replacement.
We use UV-stable inks and high-tack permanent adhesive rated for steel, aluminium and painted surfaces. Sequential asset numbering, inspection date fields and SWL graphics are printed in a single production run — no separate label types to manage.
