Why PVC Flight Case Stickers Outperform Everything Else
A flight case sticker takes more punishment than almost any other label. It gets dragged across concrete, stacked under tonnes of other cases, exposed to rain, road grime, diesel spray, IPA cleaning fluid and constant physical contact. A paper sticker or cheap vinyl decal lasts one tour. A PVC sticker from Adcal Labels lasts years.
The construction is the reason. Your artwork is printed on the underside of a 450 micron thick gloss PVC sheet using UV-stable inks — so the print is permanently encased behind a hard, clear shield. Nothing can scratch it, peel it or fade it because the print is never exposed to the surface.
A layer of high-performance permanent adhesive bonds the reverse side to your case, making it virtually impossible to remove without damaging the surface underneath. That is exactly the level of security a touring crew needs — your case number and company name stay visible for the lifetime of the equipment, not just the first tour.

Nothing in terms of construction — same reverse-printed PVC, same adhesive, same 5-year guarantee. "Sticker" and "label" describe the same product from Adcal. We use both terms because customers search for both. Choose whichever feels right for your order enquiry.
Can I supply my own artwork?
Yes. We accept AI, EPS, PDF and high-resolution TIFF or JPEG files. Our artwork team will check your file and contact you if any adjustments are needed before printing.
How fast is turnaround?
Typically 5–7 working days from artwork approval for a standard run. Repeat orders with unchanged artwork can be faster. Call us for urgent requirements.
