Custom Bike Labels — Non-Fade
Non-fade brand graphics and identification labels for bicycle manufacturers, custom builders and component suppliers — UV-stable print that keeps frames and forks looking new.
Bikes work in outdoor UV conditions year-round. Chain lube, brake fluid and cleaning solvents attack adhesive and print on inferior labels. Our bike labels are specified to outlast the bike — non-fade screen-printed or UV-digital print on polyester and PVC substrates with chemical-resistant adhesive.
Labels That Last the Bike's Lifetime
Bike labels face a combination of stresses that kills ordinary labels within a single season: outdoor UV exposure bleaches print, chain lube and degreaser attacks adhesive, pressure washing drives water under edges, and impact from stones and grit abrades the face material.
Adcal Labels has been supplying graphics for sporting equipment manufacturers since 1980. Our bike labels are produced on UV-stable polyester or reverse-printed PVC with a chemical-resistant adhesive system appropriate to the specific frame surface — aluminium, carbon fibre, steel or powder coat. The 5-year non-fade guarantee covers outdoor UV conditions.
