Event hire equipment is transported daily, set up and struck in varying conditions, and often used on outdoor sites where labels are exposed to UV, rain and temperature change. The existing labelling — a mix of printed tape and laser-printed paper labels — degraded rapidly and presented an unprofessional appearance when clients encountered equipment during load-in.
