Siyan Ltd
AV equipment and flight case identification labels for a professional dry-hire AV company — durable, branded graphics that keep a high-turnover hire fleet organised and on-brand.

The Customer
Siyan Ltd is a UK-based AV dry-hire company supplying professional audio, video and lighting equipment to production companies, broadcast clients and live event operators. Their inventory spans consoles, amplifiers, media servers, cable looms, rigging and a large flight case fleet used in both dry-hire and full-service productions.
The Challenge
A dry-hire AV fleet operates at high frequency — the same equipment can leave the warehouse three times in a week, handled by different clients and crews who have no institutional knowledge of how the kit is organised. Clear, consistent identification is the difference between efficient job dispatch and time-consuming visual inspection of every case.
Siyan required a labelling system that combined strong branding (each label clearly identifies the equipment as belonging to Siyan) with practical identification (asset number, equipment type and universe colour-coding). Previous labels had suffered from edge lifting, print abrasion and adhesive failure at the weld seams of aluminium flight cases.
The Solution
Adcal Labels supplied reverse-printed 450 mic gloss PVC flight case labels with Siyan branding, case reference numbers and equipment type information. Equipment labels for consoles, amplifiers and media servers were supplied on 175 mic polyester with high-tack acrylic adhesive pre-primed for aluminium and ABS equipment panels.
The reverse-print construction on the flight case labels protects the print from abrasion at the weld seams and case fasteners — the most common failure point for front-printed labels on aluminium cases. All adhesive was specified for the specific surface preparation of Siyan's flight case fleet.
