
Screen Printing
Screen printing is the benchmark for long-life industrial graphics. Ink is pushed through a fine mesh onto the substrate, building a thick, durable colour layer that outlasts digital print in the harshest environments. We run solvent and UV systems on both roll-to-roll and sheet presses.
Multi-Colour Roll-to-Roll (Solvent)
Our rotary screen presses run continuous rolls of substrate at high speed, printing up to 8 colours in perfect registration. Solvent inks penetrate the substrate for exceptional adhesion and UV resistance — ideal for flight case labels, control panel fascias and any label requiring a long outdoor life.

Multi-Colour Roll-to-Roll (UV)
UV inks are cured immediately by ultraviolet light, producing vivid, scratch-resistant prints without solvents. The process gives exceptional colour density on polycarbonate and polyester overlays — a good choice for interface graphics where colour accuracy matters.

Sheet-Fed Screen Print (Solvent & UV)
Where roll-to-roll isn't suitable — for rigid or thick materials, larger format graphics or complex multi-layer builds — our flatbed screen presses handle individual sheets. Used for electroluminescent panels, metallic foil overlays and specialty substrates.

Digital Print
No screens, no tooling — artwork goes direct to press. The ideal process for short runs, fast prototyping, and any job requiring variable data such as sequential serial numbers, unique barcodes or QR codes.
Digital Roll-to-Roll
Our roll-fed digital inkjet presses produce full-colour labels with no tooling costs and a typical lead time of 3–5 days. Variable data — serialisation, sequential barcodes, QR codes, unique identifiers — is printed inline without slowing production.

Digital Flatbed Sheet
Flatbed digital printing deposits ink directly onto rigid substrates up to 50mm thick, enabling high-resolution graphics on metal, acrylic, foam board and composite panels. No substrate preparation, no plates — artwork direct to print.
