LED moving heads, conventional fixtures and media servers all run hot. Standard labels melt, bubble and fall off. Our fixture identification labels are produced on heat-resistant substrates with permanent high-temperature adhesive, rated for continuous contact with fixture housings.
What Fixture Labels Are Used For
In a professional rig, every fixture needs clear identification — DMX address, universe, channel assignment, fixture type and rig position. In a touring environment that information changes between shows, so labels need to be removable without residue, or the rig needs a permanent colour-coding system with cable and fixture labels that survive multi-year touring life.
We produce fixture labels for dry-hire lighting companies who label their stock by category and universe, for touring companies who apply DMX address labels at rig build and remove them at strike, and for permanent installation lighting rigs in studios, broadcast facilities, theatres and fixed venues.

Common Label Types
DMX address labels
Small rectangular labels applied to the DMX input panel or fixture rear. Typically 30–60 mm × 15–20 mm. Printed with universe and address in high-contrast black-on-white or colour-coded by universe.
Fixture identification
Larger labels applied to the side or base of fixtures identifying type, rig position and serial number. Used by dry-hire companies for inventory management.
Cable end labels
Wrap-around or flag labels for DMX cables identifying universe and run. Heat-resistant for cables near fixtures; permanent adhesive; printed in text or colour blocks.
Flight case door panels
Printed overlays for flight case lid panels showing fixture loading plan, cable schedule and channel patch — same PVC construction as standard flight case labels.
